Today is my son, Ryans 6th Birthday! Happy Birthday little man! So, Lexie was planning to send cookies, cupcakes or brownies to school with him, just like when we were kids. But, his teacher informed her that that would violate the public school healthy food policy. The teacher then gave Lexie a list of treats she could bring. Ryan got to review the list and choose what he wanted. They both agreed that celery sticks filled with peanut butter was the best treat (if you want to call it one) on the list. What kind of B.S. is that?
