Today is primary day!! Though the media is touting that the participation is going to be low, I was most excited to see that at my little rural polling place, I was the 38th to cast my vote. The dedicated judges, sitting inside on such a beautiful August day when they could be out enjoying the sunshine should be commended and thanked for their patriotism. I asked if they had a feel for how the turnout was looking in comparison with how it was today. WAY TO GO RUSH LAKE TOWNSHIP!! Last time around, at about the same time the count was 7 ballots cast! LET FREEDOM RING!!!
