Today is the day for our head trainer Graham Blay! On behalf of the Blazefit family I want to say good luck and congratulations regardless of the outcome youve inspired many and your passion and dedication is admired by us all. Weve seen Graham go for runs when its freezing cold earlier than 5:30am, Weve seen him push in sessions to a point many have never even reach, weve seen him attack a session sore, injured, tired and still smash it, weve seen him come to the gym a bit swollen & a bit bruised and still he pushes through.
