Today is the first day of spring break for the youngsters and ironically the day of the spring equinox. Ive been doing my routine of yoga this past week and really feeling and understanding the benefits of it. Permaculture class has been going great opening my eyes up to whats around me and how plants grow in nature. Im thinking about taking a walk into the woods since the sun is shining brilliantly down upon us.
