Today is the most amazing day. The International Court of Justice has ruled that Japans JARPA II permit that allows Japan to hunt over 1,000 whales in Antarcticas Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary, through the loophole of scientific purposes is NOT scientific and is NOT justified, in an unanimous decision of 12-4. Japans permit shall be revoked and they shall not be granted any further permits. This is incredible news, and I am completely and utterly elated and bursting with happiness. Japans whaling program has been officially ruled as illegal, and I am over the moon.
