Today marked the 50th anniversary of my birth! I am most thankful to God for the breath of life. He has never left me nor forsaken me all the days of my life. This birthday is exceptionally memorable as it marks a half century of life,loves,losses and laughter. Such a memorable occasion deserved a special commemoration and what a wonderful time we have had this weekend in making that come to life. I would like to give a huge sister hug to my sister, Deborah Huggins who first convinced me to have a party and then to put it together so beautifully with all of her event planning skills. I am eternally greatful! The invitations, the location,the guests/family, the food and lets not forget the CAKE. I am greatful for the family to come out whom I hadnt seen in quite a while; amazing. It was such a pleasure to talk with each and every one of you. I miss you guys. Parry isnt over on Friday night. Then my sister Jessie Dunan planned a night at the Blue Note Lounge! More dancing,laughing and having a mighty great time. Theres more! Sunday was girls day at the winery. There were no Lucy and Ethel grape stomping moments, but we had good food, tasty wine and most of all togetherness! Love this. Afterwards there is custom cake cutting and very good Almond Champaign at my cousin Lisas and her Hubbys home. This has been a worldwind birthday weekend! I thank all of you who have attended one of the birthday festivities for helping me to celebrate a life milestone. To all of the people who have sent me Facebook messages, I say thank you. To the complete stranger at the winery who wished me Happy Birthday, I say thank you. I look forward to each day that I have the breath of life.
