Today marks one month until mine, Lynda Easterling Stinson, Freddye Macdonald Pitts, Eva Hernandez head to St. Petersburg, FL for our Half Marathon. I am having REAL knee problems with my long runs. Asking for prayers that my exercise will help strengthen the muscles around the knee and I can RUN across the finish line and not crawl or be carried. Thanks everyone for your support and prayers thus far. They are TRULY appreciated!!!
