Today marks the first week of our time in Cape Verde. We have already experienced sickness, African delay, and the aggravation of not speaking the language. We finally got the container out of port yesterday and then took hours to unload in the trucks and again at the school. The next few days will be filled with painting and laying carpet so we can move into our apartment. Looking forward to the group that will be coming over in a little over a week.
