Today my application was heard by the NDPS court here in Goa and my passport will be returned on Monday. Then there is an interview type process with a branch of the Police who "control" foreigners but the kind people at the Consul have already paved the way for the first appointment and will accompany me when I go. The long and the short of it all is I`m going to be back in Scotland either on the 30th or 31st of July. Most likely the 30th. A very special thanks to the people who helped pay for my ticket to return home, without you I would have had to take the crumbs from the masters table, and pay for them too. The British Gov wanted me to take their loan, surrender my passport making it void and also pay for a temporary travel document which I would only be able to use the once. Its not their fault, we allow them to get away with it.
