Today my son became a teenager! We spent a fun day together and then sat him down for a lesson in meditation. Later pondering how I practice what I teach. I’ve taught him that the greatest gift is wisdom. I tell him that practicing gratitude will protect him from darkness. Doing for others will bring peace and satisfaction. Falling in love with nature constantly will ground you. Staying in love with yourself will inspire you. What’s right and good and just is beautiful. Deep truths are hidden everywhere. Never stop finding them… and simple words will mean something different to everyone… because life is what you decide it is… and what you decide to Do about it. I will never stop helping you to be better my boy. And I will always love you just the way you are.
