Today, on occasion of the IFRC ‘Red for Syria’ campaign, together we stand, with our fellow RC/RC volunteers who, in crisis and war stricken areas, reach out to those in need, alleviating their suffering and yielding Humanity above all else. And today we are glad to share the news regarding the conclusion of the journey of the ‘flag of solidarity’, whose idea was born in Andorra during the Mediterranean Red Cross/Red Crescent Youth Camp ‘Atlantis VIII’ and was made real by the Croatian Red Cross Youth branch in Osijek, passing through Bosnia and Herzegovina, continuing through Spain and then Lebanon, till the flag finally reached its destination, Damascus, and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent volunteers. Thank you Kristina Repusic and all the volunteers of the Croatian Red Cross Osijek branch for engaging the RC/RC Mediterranean Youth in the initiative; our thanks to the IFRC, especially Vice –President Francesco Rocca and Ibrahim Malla for their support. Dedicated to all current and former SARC volunteers and staff. --------------------------------------- Aujourdhui, à loccasion de la campagne de la FICR «Rouge pour la Syrie» nous sommes ensemble avec nos collègues bénévoles de CR/CR qui, en situations et zones de crise et frappés par la guerre, pour tendre la main à ceux dans le besoin, à atténuer leurs souffrances et mettre lHumanité avant tout. Et aujourdhui, nous sommes heureux de partager les nouvelles concernant la conclusion du voyage du «Drapeau de la solidarité», dont lidée est née en Andorre pendant le Camp Méditerranéen de la Jeunesse de la Croix-Rouge/Croissant-Rouge ‘Atlantis VIII’ et a été fait réel par la branche de la Jeunesse de la Croix-Rouge croate à Osijek, en passant par Bosnie Herzégovine, continuant son voyage en Espagne et après au Liban, jusquà ce moment pendant lequel le drapeau a finalement atteint sa destination, Damascus, et les bénévoles du Croissant-Rouge arabe syrien.
