Today something strange happened.... My 10yr old has a half day school on Saturday...usually the transportation she goes in has just two kids on a Saturday... Today she raised a concern saying mom the other student went to the picnic so I will be the only one in the vehicle...I cud see a concern in her eyes fr travelling alone to school when the other student is absent....For a min it made me think r we in such a pathetic stage of safety that a 10yr old also feels the worry....I just asked her couple of questions and reassured her that its fine...ya fr a min I did feel very worried as a mother but then I thought this is the time fr me to reassure n build her confidence to go into the world alone sometimes....
