Today, the Command Council held a break out session to talk about Recruiting & Retention in CAP. One of the ideas discussed - and unanimously agreed upon and then presented to the full council - was putting together formal training program for RROs...similar to the PAO Academy. So... What topics areas would YOU like to see included in such a training course? What are the main things you think, as an RRO, would benefit you the most or that new RROs should learn about?
