Today the Scots vote for Independence from the United Kingdom, or not. From what Ive read, Scotland feels they would be richer being independent, based on their rich oil commodity and this is obviously not a new issue for them, but now, a big one. The United Kingdom as a whole is not all that big and it seems to me sticking together would give them a little more backbone in the face of this crazy world, and, as one of our biggest allies. Oil. Strange what it is doing to us.
