Today the sun rose in summer, and set in autumn. Today was Winter Finding, the Asatru Holiday marking the day when the day and night are evenly matched. From here on, the night will grow and the day will wain until Yule. Now is the time to give thanks for your harvests, literal or metaphorical, and to prepare yourself for the harsh nights of winter.
