Today the the youths have been on top of the agenda for developmental work. The divide between them over political diversity or diversification may derail a lot of the good and common good that is summoned for. In situations where the youths are separated over favor and incrimination it might be the most difficult work to do in terms of developing them for the common cause. In most African countries youths have been detrimental and in some few incidents tremendously emancipating. Now they are the center of emancipating from tribal strife and territorial restrictions like seen in the regional integration processes for example in East Africa Community. However, tribal importance and territorial sovereignty, contrary to discrimination in terms of employment and regional individualistic interest could fail much of the efforts to foster youths in developmental work that is not war and conflict. Dictatorship in this facet could trigger conflicting amongst youths which precipitates territorial, tribal and national tensions and conflicts. No matter what efforts are made in youth development it should be withheld a fact that people still see themselves more important in terms of self-esteem when prospering from an individualistic position to family to clan, faith, tribe, territory and country and then region. It could be taken not very seriously that disrespect, discrimination of all sorts are the precise cause of the political struggles that finally fail efforts to impart youths in good developmental work that is for common good of all.
