Today was Delts and triceps training i am pretty exhausted at the moment but i still keep it up and give it my all in the trainings today i didnt get some cardio i was to tired tommorow is leg day and then a rest day on sunday the routine for today was Delts Dumbbell shoulder press 6sets: 35kg 5-6reps Seated side dumbbell lateral raises 5sets: 12.5kg 9-12reps Side lateral raises machine 5sets: 46kg 6-10reps One arm cable lateral side raise 5sets: 5kg 9-12reps Rear delt machine fly 9sets: 54kg 12reps Triceps Pushdowns 6sets: 60kg 9-11reps Rope pushdowns 7sets: 20kg 10-12reps Machine triceps extensions 9sets: 46kg 6-12reps So thats was it for today a great start on the weekend have a great weekend everybody
