Today was Joseph’s day to choose someone to read to his class. He chose Grandma (Lynn), and he sat, as he has sat for all of his years, snug up against her left side. One of my favorite memories of his mom and brother Sam having lived with us for three years is of seeing Joseph sitting alongside her as they both played Minecraft on her phone and her “old” phone. He taught her the game. He just stopped by the house, and he is one proud Joseph to have had Grandma come to his school. (Second photo: Joseph sings to Grandma 12.24.09.
