Today was a pretty good day of lifting for me. I went in the sn 124/1 130/1 meet pr 134/missed it behind. Cj 150/1 155/1 pr in comp/training then 160/1 pr in comp/training again. My best lifts before in comp were 127, 153, 276. In training they were 130 and 154. A big thank you to everyone who helps me with my lifting and all my questions and complaining, yes i complain sometimes! Also I want to thank all of my members at Lancaster Fitness and Performance for trusting me with your health and fitness! Along with everyone i program for and coach on weekends! Next goal is a 300 total. Here is my 160 cj. Again thank you all so much, ah i almost forgot thanks to my training partners, you guys have made a huge difference!
