Today was sunny and dry, a good day to rake the driveway of fallen leaves. I saw a post recently of another with a similar challenge. He used his lawn mower and mulch bag to clean up the leaves instead of the rake. Our driveway was covered. I felt a bit strange, mowing the drive but it worked and Ill get to do it again as there are still more leaves in the trees and yes on the ground all around. The winds have picked up and the weekend is forecasted to be sunny. Now I know I shouldnt through the rake but I have tucked it away in the tool shed. Im sure Ill need it where I cant mow but now that my culture has been put to the side and Im not concerned about looking strange, I shall only be limited by where the mower cant go and I dont come up with a new idea. The compost bins look as though a step has been skipped. That I know is all for the better as it now has mulched Fall leaves, and a lot more.
