Today we are prepping for our final weekend of the Maryland Renaissance Festival and I want to take a moment and say thanks to our other crew. Our most excellent Faeries, strong and capable in the face of the crowds. It is odd really to have two crews, most of which havent met each other. So, to Jenna for totally embracing the New Faery role and making it awesome. Youre a Sprout! To Spencer for for knowing that Cinderella stories have charm and pose, as well as mice. To Jamie for embracing each day with a smile. To Miranda for accepting the challenge and rising to it. Keep surprising us. To my own daughter Ellawyn, who is training and learning and soon to be so much more than we can teach. As always my darling wife and companion, Leah who manages to to herd fae folks and patrons and paychecks alike. Very much, I wish to say thank you to Pixi.
