Today we dined at Estilo Piazza Cascata in St. Julians. We were five people and we ordered Kebab Misto, Spaghetti Chicken Divine, Spaghetti Frutta di Mare, Penne Mare e Monte and Farfalle Salmone e Gamberetti together with 3 pints of soft drinks and a bottle of still water. The food on the whole was excellent and the portions where quite good except for my Penne Mare e Monte which halfway through it I found 3 hairs. Upon speaking to the waiter he told me that they were parts of the mushrooms I had in the plate but I still told him to check as they looked nothing close to mushrooms. He took the plate to the kitchen and informed me that the duty manager will be handling the matter. 5 minutes later the waiter came back and offered me whether or not I wanted to order something else or whether to have the plate I ordered redone from scratch. I ordered the same plate once again and all turned out well. The total of the food bill was €61 and was pleased with how the situation was handled by the staff and the manager.
