Today we have once again demonstrated the benefit of using a broker. Clients came to us after their pre-approved finance with Bankwest didnt come to fruition. They found a property, signed the Contract of Sale and advised Bankwest but the deal was not supported. As you can appreciate they were most upset One week later we have achieved formal approval with ANZ and within 4 weeks they will be in their new home! Great work Chris Hill.
