Today we met with the governor of Sucre and what a phenomenal meeting it was!! Here we are in a special room waiting to be received by him. The governor met us with such graciousness and hospitality and declared us his family clothing us in some of their traditional wraps and giving us lovely gifts which contain the history of this region. He has officially welcomed and blessed our presence here in Sucre to a throng of TV and newspaper reporters endorsing the miracle campaign and expressing his excitement at becoming a partner with us in making Bolivia a better place!!! At the conclusion of the meeting, he knelt down in front of us and allowed us to lay hands on him and pray for him! At that moment, Apostle Charles Ndifon declared an end to their drought, commanding rain to come forth as a sign to the nation that God loves Bolivia!!! The governor was so very happy and appreciative to have met us and we know it is the beginning of a wonderful relationship to bring heaven to Bolivia!!! Hallelujah!!!
