Today we used our Zucchini Nut Bread recipe but with a couple twists! First we used Butternut Squash instead of Zucchini and made 2 loaves like this, light and with orange stripes from the squash. Next, Mama was making Black Currant jam - Papa took the big mixing spoon and dumped 2 spoons of it into the bread mix! This new mix we made 1 big loaf from, a little heavier but it rose more and is a bit blue! Both taste great! Happy Baking!
