Today we will have a look at the Ozpig grill. Did I tell you I love my grill? Made from great quality heavy duty enamel coated cast iron it also comes with an enamel coated metal drip tray. Its great to get natural timber flavours through your grilled food. It really is great quality, gets sizzling hot and lets lots of smokey flavour through. It also has a lug attached to it to allow you to lift it off with your Ozpig lid lifter. Its also very eay to keep clean and well seasoned. Its great for snags, chicken wings, shishkebabs, chargrilled vegetables. ..anything you would normally chuck on a grill this does a great job of...how about some grilled prawns? It also does an amazing steak. You can use it in conjunction with the heat bead basket so you can pile heatbeads under it and cook away, you can use it with a natural timber fire (be sure to use a good quality hardwood for best tastes). I also like to use it in conjunction with the rotisserie and grill up some veggies while the meat is spinning. The grill is in my top 5 Ozpig accessories easily.
