Today were revealing the song that you guys voted the #109 Raddest Australian song of all time. And its an odd one. Depending on when you was born, you might know different versions of this Sydney electronic song - Severed Heads with Dead Eyes Opened. It was originally released in 1984, and if it sounds fairly fringe-dwelling now, imagine how fkn experimental these guys would have been in the early 80s. (Scot can tell us more). I first heard the song when it was remixed & re-released in 1994, and it became a proper hit on both Triple J (#10 in 94 Hottest 100) and on the ARIA charts (a #16 single)
