Today were sharing the recipe for Ultimate Coffee Cake from Bronners Flavorful Favorites, Book 2 staff cookbook. Ultimate Coffee Cake* 16 to 18 unbaked frozen dinner rolls 1 (3-oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant) 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 stick butter, melted The night before, place frozen rolls into well-greased bundt pan. Sprinkle with dry pudding mix and brown sugar. Sprinkle nuts on top. Pour melted butter over all. Cover with damp cloth or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (8 to 10 hours). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn pan over onto plate. Serve by pulling apart. Serves 10. *submitted by Irene Bronner
