Today would have been John Gottis 74th Birthday. American Mobster and Kingpin. The Boss of the Gambino Crime Family. Born as John Joseph Gotti on October 27th, 1940, in the Bronx, New York. Died on June 10th, 2002, at age 61, in Springfield, Missouri. He died in a Federal Prison Hospital Facility of a recurrence of Throat Cancer. Transferred there from a Federal Prison in Marion, Illinois. He was the 5th of 13 children. He dropped out of high school at 16. He was involved in street gangs when he was 12. Married once till his death, to Victoria DiGiorgio, they were married 40 years. They had two daughters-Angel and Victoria, and three sons-John, Frank, and Peter. He had been sentenced to Life without Parole in 1992. The last picture was taken in Prison before he died. The Teflon Don.
