Today you return from a two day weekend. Either your weekend was joyous and relaxing or chaotic and tearful. You return to work excited about what the Lord is going to do or mad that your weekend has ended. However you feel, the Lord wants to bless you. Have you ever started a project and walked away with it incomplete? In the beginning you were excited about working on it. You always talked about how it would look when complete. What happened? Why haven’t you completed the task? Have you ever vowed to do something but went against your word? You committed to be somewhere or do something but you did not honor your promise. This journey of living for Christ is not an easy walk. Challenges will come. People will betray you. Storms will attempt to drown you. There will be days of discomfort and despair. You will experience weak days and long nights. In spite of it all, you must enter A Point of No Return! You must become totally committed to Christ. Come what may. Say what you will. (Luke 9:62 - And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God) You have to be an ambassador for Christ. No matter what is said about you. No matter what lie is told against you. You must get to A Point of No Return! A position where nothing nor no one can turn you back. Never allow this world or the things of it to make you bitter. (Psalms 124:2 - If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us) Are you at A Point of No Return? A point where you refuse to go back to your old ways. A point where you will stand for Christ alone if you have to. Dear friend, never allow the words of man to destroy you. Never allow a lie or a rumor to tear you down. Whatever does not kill you, will always make you stronger. (Psalms 3:3 - But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head) Are you at A Point of No Return? Have you walked away from the commandments of God? Has this weekend caused you to turn your back on the faith? Has a past relationship made you bitter against the Lord? Are you sold out for the Lord? Are you dedicated to the principles of God? Have you made up your mind to serve the Lord? Are you spreading false stories about someone?
