Today you take your first step and I watch you with joy as you take them, I know I will not be there to watch you for long and always as you take more steps and walk, but I pray I get to see you where you stand after a life journey, and may Allah always be there with you and guide you on His path. I want you to know I will not stop you from making mistakes because in it too there are wisdoms but I will guide you against making mistakes. You must be honest on the issues of your Creator, He is One and Mighty, and Merciful all the e time, to Him you shall always turn even in the darkest time of your thoughts and He should be Whom you keep peace with always. your ideas and knowledge should cycle round what your Creator and the Prophets He sent have passed down. Your parents should be the well you pour much love into, they have all they want and need but you will always need theirs. They should be the stream you fetch love, wisdom and honour daily. As for family, brothers, sisters and relatives no matter what or who speaks against them stand up for them with honour and pride for that is your name, root and shade. You can’t ask me on the issues of friends neither can I choose them for you, but I will do my best to make you understand each person you meet and who to call friends and how to share friendship I must be honest with you, life is not a bed of Roses and you won’t get milk and honey always but to understand life as the four seasons, the passage of day to night that is sometimes it is dark and tough and sometimes it is bright and sweet as you may need, sometimes raining, sometimes drought, but if you prepare for each phase of life as it comes you will be contented. Another secret of wisdom and knowledge my son is that the only noise that should be heard while you sit in public is the one into your ears not the one from your mouth. Yes you may want to speak but make sure you believe in your own words first and say it proudly but gentle. Prayers, gratitude and respect should always be your exchange with anyone and everyone. Learn even in the dark and in darkness. Stand for what you can always stand for any day and anywhere even when everyone decide to sit down. Today there are a lot to say but very few words to say them. So let me put the rest in prayers, may you understand in the best and easiest ways it is said, may you be kind to your creator always and fulfil your promises, may your creator never forget you. May our love, especially your mother’s love shine as a shield for you and to you. Finally your father may have not worn a crown that does not make you a slave to anyone or anything. Happy birthday. Least I forget, I will want you to promise me that your mother will never again cry and feel any pain from you apart from the one she felt when she brought you to this world, because that tears is beyond your understanding, so always repay it with putting laughs and smiles on her face. She is the most beautiful thing in our life so keep the Rose blossoming . HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY SON
