Todays Saturday book recommendation is one I picked up by accident. I was on vacation in Mexico and had nothing to read, so I went over to the trade-a-book table at the pool and picked up Me Before You by JoJo Moyes. Louise Clark is an extraordinarily ordinary young woman who takes a job caring for Will Treynor, a former extreme-sports loving, world-traveling, high-flying banker whose life was crushed--literally--when he was hit by car. Now Will is a quadriplegic, and hes pretty sure hes not going to learn to love life again while confined to a wheelchair. I know, this book sounds like a downer, and it IS a tearjerker, but it is absolutely amazing to watch these two characters grow and change and discover that theyve found the one person who might be able to help them get past their pain.
