Todays #TBT is a reminder for myself and others on just how far one can come. I often get oooh just treat yourself already, youre so active!. But trust me, I know what its like to treat myself a few times too many... THEN: 6 years and 30 pounds ago: Poptarts for breakfast, studying for exams with tons of coffee, and then Marvins (garlic cheeseburgers for dinner). Working out 1-2x a week. This is also the same year I got mononucleosis and a staff infection in my leg. I dont believe that was a coincidence. NOW: Mix of intense fitness, fun activity, and competitive events daily, eating frequently throughout the day 80-90% whole, healthy food, Shakeology daily, with treats 1-2 days a week, and knock on wood... only taking PTO for fun and family, NOT sickness... Which one do you think I prefer? :) XO, Like the Lettuce Health and Fitness
