Todays Ted Murray email-enjoy! Dear Friend, What is it like to be in complete honesty, integrity and transparency? Is it even possible or desirable in today’s world of spin, posturing, and creating an image for yourself? It seems like honesty has become totally ignored in the daily flow of news, media and personal interaction. How do we begin to change this culture and regain our sense of honesty? Actually integrity always starts within. You begin by being honest with yourself. Do you recognize your own strengths and weaknesses? Are you willing to look at those aspects that you try to hide from others? What would happen if you were totally open and honest with yourself? When you are honest with yourself then you no longer feel you have to protect your ego or the image it ties to project. Instead, why not accept yourself as the authentic expression of your uniqueness with no need to hide anything. The next step is to be open and willing to share your authenticity with others. When you are vulnerable it allows other to open up and accept their vulnerable areas as well. When you operate in this way you not only honor yourself and the other person, but you feel a sense of freedom and completeness that is never available when you are constantly trying to create an image.
