Todays advice from the old farmer:* Before I get to my advice, I need to tell you what happened to me today. After my lunch I made me a strawberry shortcake dessert. I had bought some fresh picked strawberries at a roadside stand earlier and most of them were huge. I wanted to brag a little about this area we live in here in Florida since Plant City is the strawberry capital of the entire universe, so I stuck one in my big mouth and 5 of them made a handful, took a picture and posted it on Facebook. I had several comments which included on from the wife of an old best friend and former pastor of Perryville Baptist Church at least 25 years ago. I immediately private messaged her and invited her and Bob, (Bob and Fran Morrison), to visit with us and enjoy some of our strawberries first hand. She said their lives had changed. You see, Bro. Bob left PBC to become the Director of Missions at Little Bethel Baptist Association, but was now pastor at a church again. Fran was excited and said I needed to Google Grapevine Baptist Church Madisonville and see what was going on in their lives. Last Sunday they had 71 saved. Now I dont usually do this, but I sure am tonight. * My advice for today is find about 40 minutes and Google Grapevine Baptist Church Madisonville and click on the sermons, the click on January 18. It starts with some beautiful special music and then hear my dear friend Dr Bob Morrison flat out lay it on the line. After hearing that message, I can understand how they had that many souls saved that day. This was probably one of the best advice post I have had because Bro. Bob is the one giving the advice. Im just pointing you in the right direction. Love you a bunch dear friend... * A chocolate thought for today; I once heard someone say, If there is no chocolate in Heaven, Im not going. Now Im not going to say that, but if they dont have chocolate, God is a miracle worker and it would take a miracle to make something better than chocolate...
