Todays dinner is Bachelor Cooking of Kale. In other words, start with kale, as the ingredient in my food store most likely to go bad before next meal which is not bad already, then apply the Rules of Bachelor Cooking. Ends up as a fritatta with crumbled Swiss cheese broiled over the top until it is golden and crunchy. At least, with what was in the fridge today, thats what the Rules made. With beer, of course.
