Todays rehabilitation program started this with a bowl of steamed Shrimp and Swiss Chard with Melon. Two hours later Dynamic Stretches, then I went for a 2 min Jog, then 5 Miles in 32.07 minutes (6.4 min pace) followed by a one mile Walk and Static Stretches. I finished with a 20 minute Hot Salt Bath. Then I had Buffalo Steak and Swiss Chard with Mellon. Nutrition, Stress Management and Sleep is the primary source of my rehabilitation at this stage. My objective is to establish a base line to increase my Mental and Physical Capacity to do Work. My goal is to Work toward increased Cardiovascular and Respiratory Capacity along with Circulation and Coordination--- while strengthening Kidney Function and Heart efficientcy. I will later focus on Nueromuscular Strength and Conditioning, but this phase will not start until my body has made significant recovery and is primed for additional intensity. This is the same protocol I have successfully used with all my clients. As any of you who know me, or have worked with me can attest--- I never live by the whiteboard and I always exceed my goals.
