Todays reminder: close your eyes for a moment. Inhale and exhale. Now inhale gently as deeply as you can - when was the last time you breathed so deeply your lungs filled to capacity? Dont hold onto that breath, just reach the extent and then exhale again slowly, and be amazed at your own breath. Be amazed at your own heart beat, even if just for a few moments today. Let yourself breathe deeply more often, and let yourself be exactly who you are every moment you can. Now open your eyes, still breathing, and step forward. Walk forward. Move forward.
