Todays run for PTTR started out ok in spite of the snow and bit of ice this morning and then BAM!! traffic stopped moving and for 45 minutes we sat and waited--barely moving from Exit 4 on the NJ turnpike to Exit 2---terrible accident happened up ahead and I was told there were fatalities---such a shame---I said a prayer as we got moving---picked up these 3 beauties in Newark Delaware and off we went to meet Cynthia in Mt Holly. Max, Vixen and Ruby are all beautiful dogs being rescued by Gerdys Rescue in Montreal Canada---what wonderful people!! Such sweet dogs people throw away day after day :( Everyone is looking for drivers for this weekend and PTTR has ALOT of dogs being rescued so lets hope the snow and storm being called for is mild and allows everyone to do their driving without incident. :* :)
