Pump to near failure. do abdominals: n between set 1 and 2 no rest between exercises. set three drop chest and lat weight in half. and replace row with face pulls and seated row alternates of 4 reps till failure. Each round is a interval and hr shuld be kept in the anaerobic zones. make sure to dofull body warm up and cool down with balistic full range movements at the start and pnf to Finnish.
