Todays workout ROUND 5! / WEEK B!! / DAY 4... Workout 58 GUNS DAY!! Ears.. Hearing.. Balance.. Feeling.. none of this crap effects gun training. And I cant hear anyone that says it does so lets have at it!! Last Guns Day!! I got warmed up on the Hip Abductor / Adductor. But not before some good stretching.. I wanted lots of stability today so there was plenty of extra stretching and lever work in the cage to pump up my lats and shoulders. This meant I could stand firm, lock my torso and work my arms!! Now to warm up the guns... Biceps.. DB Hammer Curls! Rack Run!! Down AND Back from 20Kg!... and GO!!! Good! Now Triceps! DB Tricep Extensions! Rack Run! Down AND Back from 35Kg!.. GO!!! (Do the 5Kgs as Doubles too! Theyre too light to do a single DB. And double the reps on the 7.5s... theyre too light as well!) Niiice!! Guns are warm. Now lets bust em up! BB FAT GRIPZ Curls: @25Kg x 15 @30Kg x 8 @40Kg x 5 @50Kg x 5 in the bottom half @35Kg x 7 @20Kg x 15 Biceps are wrecked. Lets ruin our Triceps now!! Floor French Curl Pyramid: Get on your back and dont get up till youve dragged your arse up and down this baby!! @15Kg x 10 @12.5Kg x 10 @10Kg x 10 @7.5Kg x 10 @10Kg x 10 @12.5Kg x 10 @15Kg x 10 Excellent! Wrecked up nicely!! Now some Drag Sets to finish them off. @23Kg x 36 reps per bicep and 36 reps per tricep. Now lets get out of here and recover!! Great way to wrap up the guns show for challenge 2! :) 2 (program) Sessions to go!! :)
