Today’s second Grill Graham is an awkward one emailed in by Rachel and Lee. Dear Graham and Maria, My partner’s father and stepmother gave us some chrome LOVE letter ornaments for Christmas. We both thought they were awful, but thanked them nonetheless - as you do. His stepmother had asked for a photo of the ornaments once we got them home, so I quickly took them out of the boxes, stuck them on a window sill, took a photo, then put them straight back in the box. My partner Lee and I then decided to put them on eBay. We happened to use the same photo we had sent the step-mother. Yesterday, Lee got a text message from his dad saying stepmother had found them on eBay, while she was shopping for them for herself. I now want the ground to swallow me up. To top it all off, she has placed a bid on the item. I can never look at them EVER again. What do we do?! Rachel and Lee. What should they do? Any advice? Leave your comments here and Graham will read out some of the best advice later… we’re on air at 10, hope you can join us then!
