Toe-out less when you walk. Feet straight has become an alignment - TopicsExpress

Toe-out less when you walk. Feet straight has become an alignment mantra, but for those that do turn out, toe-out less is a more specific (and gradual) guideline for creating tissue-coaxing (and correcting) loads throughout the body. A turn-out can be created in different ways--from the hip, from the knee, from a twist in the bone itself, and most likely, a combo of all three. No matter how you toe-out, there are exercises that mobilize your cellular parts, creating a neutral foot organically. Combining ExRx with a conscious and comfortable-for-you turn toward neutral can offset knee-damaging loads instantly. CONTEST: A full set of correctives for foot and lower leg issues is coming in my next book Whole Body Barefoot, but who should I dedicate it to? Comment below and Ill choose a random winner tomorrow at 9am PST. BONUS CONTEST at Alignment Monkey/Nurturance! KB+AM=4EVA.
