Tommy Emmanuel is a god of guitar playing! His Performance at the JZ festival was amazing, the music was burning, and standing in the second row made it even better! After the performance I wandered around wishing for any luck to find a backstage door, and I did, I dont know how. There was only a few people waiting there, because it was hard to find. We waited and eventually he came out, and he signed my guitar! It is GOLD! While adding some friends on wechat outside the backstage door, Tommy came out again, and I had a little conversation with him too and took a picture with him. I didnt get the photo though because my phone was out of storage ): His interview later was amazing too. Guess what. then SHAUN MARTIN keyboardist from Snarky Puppy decided to appear outside backstage and I recognised him and had a chat with him too! Also managed to bump into the whole Snarky Puppy group after watching them perform by doing my same backstage door trick. Chatted with Larnell Lewis Drummer and offered my friend Paul and me free songs from this card thing. But damn he drums crazy drums. What a day for me at the JZ festival, ending with watching the incredible Marcus Miller perform. I sold the extra ticket, sorry everyone who didnt claim it :D
