Tomorrow begins a new road for me. I will begin taking a new oral medication to hopefully get this tumor under control, stop its growth, and shrink it down. The next three weeks or so will be pretty hectic for our family as Phil and I will make almost daily trips to Nashville. Tomorrow will be a very long day. We will be at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute at 7 staying for at least eight hours. I would ask that you would pray for our safe travels as we make these many trips. I would ask that you pray for my physical strength as this tumor continues to make breathing difficult for me. I ask for prayers for the medical staff making decisions. I ask for prayers for Phil and Melissa as they stay with me tomorrow to keep me in line and the family we leave behind as they go about their daily routines and try not to worry. Finally, I ask that you would pray this medication works to restore and heal my body. Our God is able, and through the strength he supplies mine and me, we will also be able.
