Tomorrow join me at Tin Roof Broadway from 3:30-7:30 I will be rocking full band. Dec 23rd is my Christmas Concert Ocean Pines Yacht Club benefitting Coastal Hospice! I will leave you with this video which reminded me of one of my favorite moments yesterday. So we pull underneath a overpass and way up in the corner I can see a make shift house made of tarp exposed to the elements. I can see 2 men sitting up there with just a few things surrounding them. One of the men came running down to greet us when we yelled up for them;. We told him we had Turkey dinners for them. To my surprise the man that was torn and weathered said aww no thank you we already had a meal at the church today and we want our meals to go to someone who hasnt eaten yet today. Can you imagine!!?? These guys live under a Bridge in the freezing cold for crying out loud! Anyway due to the amazing response of volunteers we received I assured him we had plenty and we wanted him to take one for the next time he got hungry. He asked us several times if we were sure. Truly unbelievable and we actually caught that experience and several others on video so I will show you once everything is edited. Ive seen people with more money than they know what to do with leave bad tips to bartenders and servers or just be complete cheap asses. This guy was willing to give up a meal while living under a bridge. Watch this simple video which shows exactly that!
