Tomorrow marks 2 whole months that Genki has been under new ownership. Everything has been going great! Thank you to everyone who has continued to support Genki Sushi Bar. We are overwhelmed with gratitude, and are truly honored to be the ones to hold this position to carry on Genkis good name and Great food! For those of you who did not know, Sugi-san and Reiko are retiring. They will continue to be with us until the food transition is complete. We have also added a new addition to Team Genki.. Sushi Chef James Nash who will be doing all things kitchen and more! Thank you to Reiko and Sugi-san for your awesomeness! We defiantly have some big shoes to fill and we couldnt have made it this far without you there by our side. We love you both dearly. Also Just a Heads up: We have a strong desire to keep Genki at its best. That is nothing will change!!! Same great food.
