Tonight I had the pleasure of attending a Pharmacy Meeting for pharmacists from across Wrexham & Flintshire. The focus was on the newly launched booklet available for Carers in all North Wales Pharmacies and support pharmacies can offer. Ourselves and other carer services gave a brief talk and shared our contact information. Special thanks to one of our carers, Dani, who came along to share her story. This was very beneficial and we are very grateful for her input. We are currently compiling a list of carers who are interested in supporting us with talks to professionals or perhaps interviews with the local press.
