Tonight I made spaghetti sauce with ground turkey, lots of shredded carrots, zucchini, onions and yellow squash. Served the sauce over whole-wheat rotini pasta. Tasty--and colorful, too! ... Spring in northwest Florida is just glorious. Now blooming: azaleas, dogwoods, wisteria and bridal wreath. Our two big oaks are fully clothed in green again; they were beginning to look embarrassed about being so bare.
