In a recent interview with Michael McMillian (Steve Newlin), we learn that the death in question is one that will absolutely rock our socks off. In a word, the announcement of a cast member’s imminent departure was no red herring. “I obviously can’t say who it is, but I was definitely surprised when I found out,” Michael shared coyly with HollywoodLife. While this would indicate that the death in question isn’t his own, McMillian added that it would “change[s] the tone of the show”.
